how to contract

Navita is a RIM System Integrator partner and responsible for the installation and configuration of - BES, the software that allows the communications between the enterprise e-mail servers and mobile devices. We also offer solutions such as BES training, dedicated BES support (8x5 or 24x7), end-user support (8x5 or 24x7) and we develop applications for BlackBerry.

Requirements to contract any of the services described above:

• Terms and Conditions signed by the contract responsible;

• Filled out data form with all necessary information sent to Navita.

• In case of agreement for BES deployment fill out, sign and send the enviroment checklist to Navita. This helps to ensure the pre-requirements for the best BES deployment. honesty with this information directly affects the success of the installation. At the end of the BES deploy service, the client will sign a form confirming the take over.

• For locations outside Sao Paulo the client carries all expenses eg. transport and hospitality as established by Navita. However, the client can opt to book the transport and hospitality with their own travel agency.
